Turnover is the whole difference
A standard landlord form contemplates a tenant with a lease, a deposit and a legal interest in the property. A guest for three nights has none of those, and the exposure changes accordingly: more people through the property, more frequent handovers, and personal property of yours left in it for them to use. The form has to be written for that, not adapted to it.
Guest injury is a commercial liability
Someone hurt in a property they paid to stay in is a different claim from a tenant hurt in their home, and it is the exposure that makes short-term renting a business rather than an investment. Personal liability limits are not the right instrument for it.
Your furniture is working equipment now
In a furnished visitor rental, the contents are yours and they are in constant use by strangers. Standard landlord contents limits assume appliances and carpet, not a fully furnished property being turned over fifty times a year.
